Congresswoman Kilpatrick
Holds Town Hall Meeting on
Health Care Reform
Congresswoman Kilpatrick held a town hall meeting to update residents of the 13th Congressional District on the health care reform bill being discussed in Congress.

Welcome to my online office!

It is an honor to represent Michigan’s 13th Congressional District. I believe that I represent you best when there is ongoing communication taking place between you and me. This Web site is available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I hope you will take time to explore it. This site provides you with an opportunity to share your views with me, obtain information about issues and legislation that affect you, your family, and your community, and learn about the federal items—such as Social Security and veterans benefits, military academy appointments, and flag requests—with which I can help you.

I hope this site also serves as a resource to you. You can find contact information for federal agencies and each of the cities in the 13th Congressional District, research federal job and grant opportunities, and identify landmarks and other places of interest in the Washington, DC area. There is also an area that provides my youngest constituents with an opportunity to learn about the federal government.

Government is most effective when people are informed and involved. I value your ideas and insight, so please feel free to contact me and let me know what’s on your mind. (Addresses and contact information for my offices in the 13th Congressional District and Washington, DC are provided here. By working together, we can create positive change in our community and build a stronger 13th Congressional District, a stronger Michigan, and a stronger America.

Sincerely,
Carolyn
